Google decimated my sites more than a year ago. I needed consistent revenue AND FAST. I wanted out of the SEO guessing game and wanted something I could rely on, for real income, month in and month out.

Having spent years buying and selling profitable websites I went back to my old horse: Flippa.

Almost everyone knows the value of profitable websites; 8x12־x of their monthly revenue (I.E. Site A makes $100 a month, it will sell for around $ 1,000.)

The problem?

Getting sites to make consistent money (which is why people pay top dollar for them.)

Fighting the Google game ־ ranking is harder, earning is harder.

I spent weeks pouring through Flippa data and started to notice some outliers though. Sites that would sell for thousands without making a single dollar. In some cases they would make $20$40־ a month, but still sell for upwards of $7,500 $10,000 ־. On one occasion I found a site sell for just shy of $15,000 which made under $40 a month.
