How do the custom audio sessions work?

Our custom audio sessions use your choice of isochronic tones, your choice of music, and your choice of custom affirmations to be embedded within the track. Every package includes 3 versions of your custom audio session.

You will receive the full version, an "isochronic and affirmations only" version, and a SilentSound track containing only your silent affirmations that can be played whenever you want.
